Content Hub OS: Lab Notes - 04.01.26
In this Note: The original content tracking spreadsheet that preceded CHOS and why it became the blueprint for how the system was eventually architected.
The Automator’s Log documents Content Hub OS as I use it — what’s inside, how it works, and what I’ve learned running it on my own brand before opening it to anyone else. If you’re new here, CHOS is an AI-powered content operating system built for operators who are done doing everything manually. These notes are the inside look.
The Spreadsheet That Came Before Everything Else
Worth documenting how this started.
Before I built my LinkedIn automation in CHOS, I had to figure out what actually worked on the platform. I’d had the account since 2008. Nothing was gaining traction.
So I built a spreadsheet.
Gathered 100 high-performing posts across different niches.
Analyzed the patterns: hook structure, anchor line placement, how they closed, what drove engagement.
That analysis became the style guide.
The style guide became the prompts. The prompts became the automation.
99,689 impressions in the last year. Up 111.2% over the prior 365 days. One post a day average. No weekends.
Not a volume play. A foundation play.
You have to understand why something works before you can systematize and scale it.
The spreadsheet was that step.
If you want a blank copy, reply and I’ll share it.
